Ingredients

- 1 tbsp chili paste or sriracha
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced

- 1 green bell pepper, sliced
- 1 red bell pepper, sliced
- 2 cups jasmine or basmati rice
- 4 cups water
- Pinch of salt
Instructions
- Rinse the rice until the water runs clear. Combine with water and salt in a pot, bring to boil, then simmer covered for about 15-20 minutes until fluffy.
- Marinate chicken in soy sauce and chili paste for about 10 minutes.
