  • 1 box stove top stuffing mix (any flavor)
  • 1 cup diced onion
  • 2 eggs
  • ⅓ cup milk
  • ¾ cup ketchup
  • 1 Tbsp white vinegar

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F and line a baking sheet with aluminum foil.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, stuffing mix, diced onion, eggs, and milk. Mix until just combined.
  3. Lightly spray a loaf pan with non-stick spray and pack the mixture tightly into the pan.
  4. Flip the loaf pan onto the prepared baking sheet to form the meatloaf shape.
  5. Bake uncovered for about 40 minutes.
  6. While baking, mix ketchup and vinegar in a bowl.
  7. After 40 minutes, remove from the oven and spread the glaze on top; return to oven for an additional 10-30 minutes until cooked through (160°F internal temperature).
