Ingredients
- 1 ½ lbs lean ground beef
- 1 box stove top stuffing mix (any flavor)
- 1 cup diced onion
- 2 eggs
- ⅓ cup milk
- ¾ cup ketchup
- 1 Tbsp white vinegar
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F and line a baking sheet with aluminum foil.
- In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, stuffing mix, diced onion, eggs, and milk. Mix until just combined.
- Lightly spray a loaf pan with non-stick spray and pack the mixture tightly into the pan.
- Flip the loaf pan onto the prepared baking sheet to form the meatloaf shape.
- Bake uncovered for about 40 minutes.
- While baking, mix ketchup and vinegar in a bowl.
- After 40 minutes, remove from the oven and spread the glaze on top; return to oven for an additional 10-30 minutes until cooked through (160°F internal temperature).
