Ingredients
- 2 pounds chicken tenders
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1 cup ketchup
- 1/4 cup red wine vinegar
- 1/4 cup water
- 1/4 cup pure maple syrup
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 2 teaspoons ground mustard
- 2 teaspoons paprika
- 1–1/2 teaspoons kosher salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, finely chopped
Instructions
- In a large bowl, mix brown sugar, ketchup, red wine vinegar, water, maple syrup, Worcestershire sauce, mustard, paprika, salt, and pepper. Add chicken tenders and marinate for at least 2–4 hours (or overnight).
