- 3/4 cup white granulated sugar
- 1/4 cup + 1 tbsp tapioca starch

- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- 1 tbsp unsalted butter (for topping)
- 1 egg yolk + 1 tbsp milk (for egg wash)
Instructions
