Ingredients
- 200g block of feta cheese
- 140g jarred roasted red peppers (drained)
- 1–2 red chili peppers
- 1 ½ tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
- 1 tablespoon red apple vinegar
- 1 garlic clove

- In a food processor, combine feta cheese, drained roasted red peppers, olive oil, red apple vinegar, garlic, and red chilies.
- Blend until smooth and creamy; scrape down the sides as needed.
