- 6 cups vegan marshmallows
- 1/2 tsp salt
- red food coloring
- 4 cups Rice Bubbles
Instructions
- Prepare a bain-marie by boiling 1/2 cup of water in a small pot and placing a heatproof bowl over it.
- Add butter and vegan marshmallows to the bowl, whisking until melted and smooth (about 2-4 minutes).
- Remove from heat and stir in salt and red food coloring until well combined.
- In a large mixing bowl, pour the Rice Bubbles. Add the melted marshmallow mixture and mix thoroughly to coat all pieces.
- Oil your hands and shape the mixture into oval brain shapes. Use a butter knife for detailing, then decorate with red food coloring veins using a toothpick.
