  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • red food coloring
  • 4 cups Rice Bubbles

Instructions

  1. Prepare a bain-marie by boiling 1/2 cup of water in a small pot and placing a heatproof bowl over it.
  2. Add butter and vegan marshmallows to the bowl, whisking until melted and smooth (about 2-4 minutes).
  3. Remove from heat and stir in salt and red food coloring until well combined.
  4. In a large mixing bowl, pour the Rice Bubbles. Add the melted marshmallow mixture and mix thoroughly to coat all pieces.
  5. Oil your hands and shape the mixture into oval brain shapes. Use a butter knife for detailing, then decorate with red food coloring veins using a toothpick.
